About-our-stuff

We use lots of commercial image application processes here @ SPATZ HQ which gives our personalised stuff the highest quality, most awesomest images and the brightest of colours, metallics and glitters. It also provides our stuff with a smooth to touch feel making our designs perfect for both Mini Peeps & Big Peeps!

Our clothing and bags are printed with not only 100% Eco-friendly inks, but also media which is 100% certified to the OEKO-TEK Standard so its free of PVC, heavy metals and chemicals making it perfect for mini peeps! HOORAY!

As all of our products are manually printed here @ SPATZ HQ, please expect minor imperfections ie: not all items will have the same image positioning although we do try our hardest. Actual print colours also may vary to those on your screen.

Please note that our logo is printed/tags sewn onto all of our products and may not be shown on preview images.

Processing-and-postage

As all of our items are made to order, please allow us time to create your item/s. All of our products are printed to order and not pre printed stock. All of our stuff is lovingly created starting at the artwork right through to the printing of the item. This is what allows us to offer a unique service ensuring that your item is truly one of a kind.

Your SPATZ order can take approximately 5-16 working days to create (approximately 18 working days for some items please refer to table below) PLUS POSTAGE TIMES (Mon to Fri) . SPATZ considers "Working days" to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and published office closures) to create PLUS POSTAGE TIMES (Mon to Fri).

Shipping Costs

SPATZ offers FREE shipping on Australian orders over $250 to 5kg. Use the coupon code FREESHIPPING250 to claim the free shipping. Shipping is calculated by weight, and starts at $8 for parcels under 500g. Free shipping is not available with other coupons/discounts. Free shipping cannot be applied once orders have been placed.

You can order any products from our our online store and we will drop you an email, sms or give you a call when they are ready to be picked up. How cool is that? This option is free of delivery charges and normal processing times still apply.

Almost all parcels sent to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post eParcel, which provides tracking and signature on delivery at not additional cost. We also use couriers for some larger orders.

For international orders, we use International Airmail service (NO tracking, NO signature on delivery), and ExpressCourier International which provides tracking and signature on delivery, and is delivered in 2-4 business days to most locations. Our shipping charges are what we are charged to send. Please contact us if you would like to use Registered Post or Pack and Track international (additional charges apply).

If you'd like to include insurance, please contact us to arrange the cover.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT do split shipping of orders unless prior arrangements are made, and the additional postage is covered by the customer. We do NOT send to multiple destinations unless prior arrangements are made, and the additional postage is covered by the customer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed/printed and is ready for shipping, you will receive and email containing a tracking number. SPATZ uses the eParcel service via Australia post (unless otherwise specified on your order). Please visit the Australia Post website HERE for postage timeframes. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and the driver feels that your item is unsafe to leave, your item will be carded and left at your local post office for collection. Please enter specific delivery instructions during the checkout process under Order Notes box (e.g. Please leave on the front porch if not at home.).

Signature On Delivery

International Shipping

Yes! Most of our items are able to be shipped internationally, please contact us before making your purchase so we are able to provide you with an estimate on shipping rates. A lot of destination countries are already configured within our system, and postage will be calculated at the checkout.

Tracking

When your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent advising shipping and tracking details. Please use the tracking number provided to you to track your item here: http://auspost.com.au/track/ or contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number.

Incorrect Delivery Address / Returned OR Undeliverable Parcels

If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as "undeliverable" Standard shipping rates will apply for re-delivery.

If your item has not been delivered please contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your tracking number or contact us here quoting your order number.
